Keith Gray

Keith was born and brought up in Grimsby and knew from an early age that he wanted to be a writer. When he received 0% for his accountancy exams he decided to pursue his dream.

Since then, he has gone on to win the Angus Book Award and the silver medal in the Smarties Prize. He has twice been shortlisted for the Guardian Fiction Prize and was shortlisted for the Booktrust Teen Prize and the Scottish Arts Council Book Award. Rave reviews about his writing have appeared in every broadsheet. Keith was a judge for the Blue Peter Book Award, the Guardian Fiction Prize and the Bookstrust Teen Prize and reviews regularly for the Guardian.

Keith is now a full-time writer living in Edinburgh.

Paul Geraghty

Paul Geraghty has written and illustrated many beautiful children's books. He lives in London, travels extensively and makes occasional visits to schools to talk about books and draw for large audiences of tiny, medium, and full-sized people.

Paul broke new territory with his realistic picture book Dinosaur in Danger, a work of meticulously researched fiction produced in conjunction with the Natural History Museum, London. Ideal for the reader confronted by a new environment, it is the story of a young dinosaur struggling to fit in with a new pack.

Caroline Glicksman completed her MA in sequential design and narrative illustration at Brighton College in 2000. Her inspiration for Eric came from Norway, where she has lived for five years. Her hobbies include travelling and playing the bassoon. She lives in Oslo.
